Youth Pheasant Hunt

Vancouver Wildlife League and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will host a youth pheasant hunt from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 16 and 17. Volunteers from the Vancouver Wildlife League will be onsite to guide the hunt at two different locations in the Shillapoo Wildlife Area northwest of Vancouver: On La Frambois Road near the Vancouver Lake boat launch site on the Vancouver Lake Unit and on Lower River Road, past Frenchman’s Bar, near Caterpillar Island on the Shillapoo South Unit.
