Fort Vancouver Rose Society Spring Rose Care Seminars

American Rose Society consulting rosarian Jim Swenson and Louis Rossetto of the Fort Vancouver Rose Society have arranged three springtime rose care seminars on Feb. 24 and Mar. 2. The seminars are free and open to the public. The first seminar is from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 24 at Yard ‘n Garden Land, 1501 N.E. 102nd St., Vancouver. The second seminar is 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 24 at Tsugawa Nursery and Greenhouse, 410 E. Scott Ave., Woodland.
