Salmon Creek Verizon-Cellular Plus offers Backpack Giveaway

Verizon-Cellular Plus, 12914 NE Hwy 99 in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, is giving away free backpacks filled with school supplies from 10 a.m. to noon on July 30. No purchase is necessary. Children must be present with an adult to receive their backpacks. The store is also accepting donations of school supplies from July 11-29; call 360-828-1095. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
