The North Clark Historical Museum will host the Open Door Stitchery Circle from 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 14 at 21416 N.E. 399th St., Amboy, in the renovated 1910 United Brethren Church. Join others to work on stitchery projects. Meet other stitchers and get inspiration for your own future projects. Buy a raffle ticket ($1) for the handmade “Blue Starlight” raffle quilt and see the current exhibit, “Forest Fires Past and Present.” Admission is free and the museum is wheelchair accessible.
