Program will detail the science of real behavioral change to transform one’s life. Personal trainer Nick Medlock will dive into the differences between resolutions goals and habits when making change in the new year.
Medlock will discuss the science behind behavioral change and goal making, as well as provide attendees with the tools to achieve their goals, transform their life, and build healthy sustainable habits.
