Recruitment for Catch-22 Dragon Boat Team

The Catch-22 Dragon Boat Team is looking for new men and women paddlers, especially those interested in steering. Catch-22 participates in destination racing events and enters competitions with mixed-gender and women’s crews. The team is hosting a recruiting event from 2 to 3:30 p.m. March 10at Vancouver Lake Rowing Club and Aquatic Center, 8612 N.W. Erwin O. Rieger Memorial Highway, Vancouver. Anyone curious about the sport is encouraged to attend to ask questions and try a paddling session on the water. Attendees should dress in layers and bring water. Equipment and personal flotation devices are available to loan. Team practices are usually held Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
