Clark County Quilters May Guild Meeting

The Clark County Quilters will host its May guild meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. May 9 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 309 W. 39th St., Vancouver. Social hour at begins at 6 p.m. and the meeting starts at 7 p.m. The speaker will be Becky Goldsmith of Piece O’ Cake Designs. Based on her book The Ultimate Thread Guide, Goldsmith will discuss the four most common types of thread and how they are made. Show and tell and a business meeting will follow the program. Northwest Battle Buddies will be presented with the funds raised . from this year’s Opportunity Quilt.
