Military Officer Association of America Luncheon

The Military Officer Association of America membership luncheon is 11:30 a.m. Nov. 21 at Cascadia Tech Center, 12200 N.E. 28th St., Vancouver. The program  will cover phone and email fraud and scams with Detective Jon Shields of the Major Crimes Unit, Vancouver Sheriff’s office.
