Lunar New Year 2025: The Year of the Snake

Welcome the Year of the Snake from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at Lan Su Chinese Garden, 239 N.W. Everett St., Portland. Activities during daytime hours include “Snakes Meet & Greet” with creature teachers, lion dances, cultural performances, craft activities, martial arts demonstrations, storytime and Chinese calligraphy demonstrations. All daytime programs are included with garden admission or membership. Lunar New Year activities continue every day the museum is open through Feb. 23. Tickets range from $13 to $16.
