The Vancouver Barracks Military Association presents “A Look at Vancouver Barracks, c. 1850” at 6:30 p.m. March 27 at O.O. Howard House, 750 Anderson St., Vancouver. John Giesen, U.S. Army Master Sergeant, Retired, will discuss a series of scale models of some of the oldest buildings at Vancouver Barracks based on building plans and maps from the period.
