Re-Imagined Radio will broadcast “A Radio Christmas Sampler, Vol. 5” at 1 p.m. Dec. 15, Jan. 1 and 5 on KXRW Vancouver 99.9 FM, including excerpts from “A Christmas Message to America” by Edward R. Murrow, “Christmas Party for Hubert Smith” from “Truth or Consequences”, and “The Plot to Overthrow Christmas” by Norman Corwin from “Columbia Workshop”. Listeners can also hear the original 1939 “A Christmas Carol” broadcast starring Orson Welles and Lionel Barrymore at 1 p.m. Dec. 22 and 29.
