National Women’s Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation and California Cognitive Behavioral Institute will conduct a 40-hour advocate certification training from March 5-7 at the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver. Attendees will receive a certification from California Cognitive Behavioral Institute. The training will teach from standards in advocacy while instilling the core principals of National Women’s Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation’s Advocacy Center for Justice. A continental breakfast, snacks, and coffee, tea or water will be provided. The trainers are Kathie Mathis and Michelle Bart, plus guest presenters with case studies. The cost is $300 per person.
