American Association of University Women – Vancouver

American Association of University Women will host a meeting at Umpqua Bank Community Room, located at 101 East Sixth St., from 10 a.m. to noon April 20.

Local author Maria Heckinger will talk about her book Beyond the Third Door. The book is the story of Maria’s birth in Greece, subsequent adoption by an American family, and her search for her birth family. The three narrators are Maria, her adoptive mother, and her birth mother.
