The American Association of University Women Vancouver is meeting from 10 a.m. to noon March 16 at Umpqua Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver. In honor of Women’s History Month, Todd Martin will present a program on Mother Joseph, a distinctive figure of early Northwest history who made significant contributions to Clark County.
