AQUA Gallery, a new gallery on Vancouver’s Waterfront at 403 Quayside Place, presents “Dual Frequencies,” featuring the work of Christian Barrios and Alison Berkey. This exhibit is a combination of cultural energy, bold color and reawakened artistic voices. The opening reception is 5-7 p.m. Oct. 1 at the gallery.
Barrios is and artist and arts organizer whose work has been shown at La Casita Gallery, Portland Art Museum, Portland State University and The Dalles Art Center. His mediums include murals, marquetry, papier-mâché and painting.
