Learn the beautiful art of belly dance in an easy-to-follow class. Level 1 focuses on the foundations of belly dance in a beginner format that builds week to week, and helps improve coordination, musicality and flexibility. These courses are low impact and body positive. Wear comfortable clothing such as yoga attire. Bring water and a hip scarf. All shapes, sizes and skill levels welcome.
