Chelatchie Prairie Railroad “Here Comes Summer” Train Rides

The Chelatchie Prairie Railroad is offering Here Comes Summer Train Rides at noon and 2:30 p.m. May 31 and June 1, departing from the station at 207 N. Railroad Ave., Yacolt. The 1941 Alco diesel engine will chug out of the Yacolt station with most riders snug inside one of two cabooses or the coach car. It will travel through the 330 foot solid rock tunnel, to the Heisson area with a stop at Moulton Station to visit Yacolt Falls.
