
Chef Fabiola Donnelly will offer a “Chinese Take-Out for Christmas” class from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Dec. 19 at Class Cooking, 110 E. 15th St., Vancouver. Students will learn the nuances of Chinese cooking to make favorites like chow mein and kung pao chicken. Ingredients, recipes and tools are included in this class which features demonstrations as well as hands-on cooking. Students will sample the dishes at the end of class; be sure to bring containers for leftovers. The dishes are dairy-free but contain wheat and chicken. The fee is $108.80.
