Clark College POWWOW and Celebration of Indigenous Cultures

Educating for the Seventh Generation, a Celebration of Indigenous Cultures invites the community to attend its annual event from 5 to 9 p.m. Nov. 4 at Clark College, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver, in the Gaiser Student Center. The gathering will feature vendors, food, drumming and dancing. The event includes information tables and vendors selling Native arts and crafts. To be a vendor, contact Sheila Davis 503-453-5233. Admission is free.

The blessing, welcome and scholarship presentation will begin at 5 p.m. The POWWOW Grand Entry begins at 6 p.m. Those who need accommodation due to a disability, contact Clark College’s Disability Support Services Office at 360-992-2314 or 360-992-0901 VP, or visit Penguin Union Building 013.
