Clark County Genealogical Society General Meeting

The Clark County Genealogical Society and Library will host a free general meeting at 3205 N.W. 52nd St., from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 28.

The meeting will include a presentation by genealogist Kirsi Dahl titled “Transforming Facts into Unforgettable Narratives.” Uncover the reasons why sharing information in narrative form is crucial for leaving a lasting legacy, engaging family members far beyond the realm of traditional genealogy. In this presentation, we will explore how and why you should make the shift from “dates and names”, how to overcome some common fears in getting started and how artificial intelligence can be a valuable ally in the storytelling process.

Meeting will be held hybrid style with both in-person and virtual attendance options.
