
The Clark County Historical Museum presents “They Want Our Rhythm, But Not Our Blues: African American Innovation Through Pop Culture,” a lecture by LaToya Brackett, part of the museum’s Speaker Series. This presentation at 7 p.m. April 4 will explore the impact of African American culture on mainstream pop culture, highlighting the contributions of Black Americans in music, sports, language and food.
