Clark County Historical Museum Speaker Series: Vancouver’s Legacy of Alternative Education

Clark County Historical Museum‘s next Speaker Series evening features retired alternative educator Pepper Kim at 7 p.m. Nov. 7 at 1511 Main St., Vancouver. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m. Kim will delve into the development of the non-traditional learning opportunities for students of Clark County from the 1970s onward, from the Rainbow Gardens Learning and Food Cooperative to Cascadia Tech Academy and Running Start.
