Clark County Quilters August Guild Meeting

Clark County Quilters will host an in-person meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 11 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 309 W. 39th St. in downtown Vancouver. Social hour begins at 6 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m. To participate via Zoom, email info@clarkcountyquilters,com to receive the link.

The featured guest speaker will be Sam Hunter, who will share a studio tour and offer tips on how to set up an ergonomic sewing space. On Aug. 13, Hunter will present a Zoom workshop, “What’s Your Word?” Learn how to design a quilt around a word, including a demonstration of foundation paper piecing the letters.
