Clark County Quilters will host its May meeting on May 11 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 309 W. 39th St., Vancouver, followed by two in-person quilting workshops from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 12 and May 13, also at Trinity Lutheran. The May 12 workshop is “Which Way Did They Go? Flying Geese” and the May 13 workshop is “12+ Calendar Quilt Blocks.” Each workshop is $40.
On May 11, the doors open at 6 p.m. for social hour, followed by a presentation at 7 p.m. by Eugene-based quilter Ken Casey, “Color My World: Art Journey.” The presentation will be followed by a short business meeting and a guild member “show-and-tell.” Casey will also lead the workshops on May 12 and 13.
