The Clark County Saddle Club Trail Course Competition is 9 a.m.-4 p.m. June 14 at the Saddle Club, 11407 N.E. 174th St. Battle Ground. The competition is open to youth and adults and free for spectators of all ages. Riders will guide their horses around, over and through 55 elements spread over many acres, including jumps, barrels, logs, tires, ponds, goats and chickens. The cost to enter is $25 for adults and $15 for children. Contestants and spectators may stay for the whole day. On-site parking is free. To register, call Fran Duncan at 360-254-3249.
