Community Chanukah Celebration

Chabad Jewish Center will host a Community Chanukah Celebration from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at Esther Short Park, 605 Esther St. in downtown Vancouver. This holiday celebration marks the beginning of Chanukah, an eight-day wintertime festival of lights. Chabad Jewish Center welcomes the community as it lights the candles of the Grand Menorah. The celebration, which is free to attend, will include live music, an LED circus show, donuts and hot chocolate. The menorah will remain on display through Dec. 26.
