Community Meet and Greet for Clark County Battle of the Bands

The first Clark County Battle of the Bands gave 45 local teenagers in nine bands the opportunity to perform onstage at the Columbia Tech Center Amphitheater before an audience of 250 people. Organizers are planning a Community Meet-and-Greet from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 18 for teens and their families interested in joining or attending next year’s competition. The event at the Clark County Family YMCA, 11324 N.E. 51st Circle, Vancouver, is free and open to the public by RSVP and will include food and non-alcoholic drinks as well as teen rock/pop band performances, a short presentation and question-and-answer session about next year’s Battle of the Band on May 30. RSVP by emailing Demarie Day at DD**@****cw.org.
