Community Ornaments for the Winter Wonderland Tree

As part of one of the many activities taking place during Winter Wonderland in Downtown Camas, community members can be part of  decorating the community tree. Over 600 make-your-own wood cut-outs and plastic “balls” will be available to be taken home, decorated, and returned to the City and be used as ornaments to adorn the tree. There are a variety of ornament types for ages 3 and up to create. These will be available for pick up in front of City Hall, from 2 to 5 p.m. through Nov. 13, or until that day’s ornament supply is gone (120 will be available daily). Feel free to donate one of your own ornament creations. Once completed, return your ornament to a collection bin in front of City Hall from Nov. 23 through 30. Note that these Community Ornaments, once returned to the collection site, will become the property of the City of Camas for use in future events. Schedules are subject to change. Wear masks at appropriate times and practice social distancing.
