Composting Field Training

Join volunteers to work at the CASEE demo site, located at 11104 NE 149th St., Brush Prairie, starting at 10 a.m.

Composting Field Instruction includes:
– Types of composting systems
– How to build a hot compost pile
– How to turn a compost pile
– How to use compost
– How to make a lasagna garden
– Weed identification

Please be sure to dress for the weather (wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and sturdy work boots), bring garden gloves, snacks/water.
