Curtis Salgado performs at Billy Blues Bar and Grill

Award-winning vocalist, instrumentalist and songwriter Curtis Salgado will perform with his band at Billy Blues Bar & Grill, 7115 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., from 9 to 11:30 p.m. Sept. 23. There is a $15 cover charge. Salgado is a seven-time winner of the Blues Music Award for Soul Blues Male Artist of the Year (most recently in 2022). He co-fronted The Robert Cray Band, has recorded nine solo albums, helped transform John Belushi into “Joliet” Jake Blues and has toured the country with Steve Miller and Santana.
