Dia de Muertos celebration in Esther Short Park

Vancouver Ballet Folklorico is hosting a Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) ancestral celebration from 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 22 in Esther Short Park, 605 Esther St., Vancouver. The event honors and remembers those who have departed. Día de Muertos is a celebration of life, love and healing. Experience beautiful luminarias, traditional Mexican dancing, music, guest artists, catrinas and an ofrenda of the beloved deceased. This free, family-friendly event will take place rain or shine.
