The Watershed Alliance of Southwest Washington will offer a free screening of “Atomic Bamboozle,” from 4:30 to 7 p.m. June 23 in the Columbia Room at the Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St., Vancouver. The film follows anti-nuclear activists, tribal leaders, scientists and attorneys as they struggle to stop small modular reactors from being built in the Pacific Northwest, drawing lessons from the decades-long campaign to shut down the Trojan Nuclear Power plant in Oregon. Pizza will be provided, including gluten friendly and vegan options. Attendees should bring their own water bottles. Register at thewatershedalliance.org/?portfolio=film-series.
