Families and Politics Workshop

St. John’s Presbyterian Church, 1206 N.E. Birch St., Camas, will host a “Families and Politics” workshop from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 18, led by certified Braver Angels moderator Cynthia O’Brien. Learn how to preserve family bonds while staying true to your values and political beliefs. Participants will gain insight into why family differences over politics are challenging; recognize roles that family members play in political conversations; and learn strategies and skills for handling family political differences in a constructive way.
