First Friday at AQUA Gallery

AQUA Gallery, located on the northwest corner of the Terminal 1 building, is Vancouver’s newest gallery. The gallery will host a First Friday drop-in event from 3-5 Sept. 5 featuring the work of Marila Guilliams and Russ Ford. Guilliams’ paintings capture the Northwest’s golden light in renditions of familiar sites such as the Columbia River and other iconic sites. Her immersive, nine-foot drop-cloth paintings are complimented by smaller works highlighting idyllic settings in the region. Ford’s sculptures explore humanity’s relationship with the natural world.
