The Camas Public Library and Ripple Wellness present forest bathing for adults from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. June 22. Enjoy an early morning walk in the woods at Washougal Waterfront Park using principles of the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing can to decrease stress, improve focus and creativity and increase well-being. The guide will offer a sequence of activities to facilitate a deep connection with self and surroundings. The walk is free but registration is required at CamasPL.org/FORESTBATHING.
