Gallery 408 Opens in Camas

Gallery 408 will open May 31 in the space formerly occupied by Camas Gallery at 408 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. A ribbon cutting ceremony is at 2 p.m. followed by a grand opening celebration from 5 to 8 p.m. The revamped space will showcase the works of Gallery 408’s owners, Joanne Cavallaro, Michelle Purvis and Kim Nickens, as well as pieces by other local artists, with areas dedicated to native artists and students. The opening will include featured gallery artists, guest speakers, live music and refreshments.
