Groundbreaking for new Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School

This event celebrates the beginning of construction on the new Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School. The ceremony will include student participation and remarks by Principal Janell Ephraim, Superintendent Steve Webb and a Vancouver Public Schools board member.
