Halloween Make-up and Hair Design Fundraiser

The Fort Vancouver Kiwanis are hosting a Halloween Make-up and Hair Design Fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 29 and from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at Perfect Look Hair Salon, 16600 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver. Volunteers will do professional make-up and hair design to match costumes and make-up artists will make attendees beautiful or spooky. Prices range from $20 to $125, depending on the complexity of the designs.
