Halloween on Franklin Street

Enjoy a monstrously spooky Halloween display across several properties on Franklin Street, centered at 4616 N.W. Franklin St., Vancouver. The display will be lit every night from 6-9 p.m. with special effects and music. Enjoy surprise guest appearances on Friday and Saturday nights and a pumpkin sale and belly dancers on Oct. 25. Pumpkins will also be sold Oct. 1-11 to benefit the Fazio Scholarship Fund.
