Haunted Walking Tours

The Clark County Historical Museum’s Haunted Walking Tours are Fridays and Saturdays in September and October. Museum guides will lead tourgoers down Vancouver’s Main Street and back streets, where the brickwork crumbles like bread in the hand, past doors that have not opened in years, into rooms where the air has settled thick and still as the crypt. Advance ticket purchase ($20) is recommended before they disappear in a puff of foggy air. Tours begin at 7 p.m. at the museum unless otherwise noted, and guides will lead up to 25 people for approximately a mile, while making frequent stops along the way. Rain-or-shine tours are best suited for ages 10 and older. Costumes are encouraged, but dress for the weather and bring a flashlight. For more details, email
