Haunted Walking Tours Fridays and Saturdays in October

October 22 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Friday and Saturday, repeating until October 30, 2021

Thanks to a generous sponsorship from UnderBar, the Clark County Historical Museum is bringing back its in-person haunted walking tours back on Fridays and Saturdays in October, when curious tour-takers can learn what haunts the buildings and streets of downtown Vancouver and hear strange and peculiar tales of local history. At 6 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30, guides from the Clark County Historical Museum will lead groups of 25 people on mile-long walking tours along Main Street and beyond. A mix of stories, memories, research, and personal experiences, many of these tales of history and terror are drawn from the book “Darkness Next Door” by Clark County historian, Pat Jollota.

General admission tickets are $18 per person and museum members are $15 with the discount code Haunted2021. Tours are best suited for those 10 years and older. Tickets are required for all persons attending over the age of six. Tours happen rain or shine, so guests should bring a flashlight and dress for the weather. (Costumes are appreciated.)

Attendees are required to follow state and local COVID mandates for outdoor gatherings in place at the time of the event. Any attendee that refuses to do so will be removed from the event and is ineligible for a refund.

To purchase tickets, visit https://cchmuseum.org/haunted-walking-tours. Dates sell out quickly. For more information, contact the museum at 360-993-5679 or outreach@cchmuseum.org.
