Hey Neighbor: Conversations to Connect Our Community

From 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 23, the Historic Trust will host a person-to-person conversation event, “Hey Neighbor,” modeled on “36 Questions for Civic Love,” at the Artillery Barracks, 600 E.
