HOPE Dementia Support – Community Education Presentation

July 26 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. HOPE Dementia Support will host their July Community Education Presentation “Fall Prevention in Dementia Care at Home.” Held in person at CDM Caregiving Services, 2300 NE Andresen Rd. and also virtually via Zoom.

Guest speaker will be Jamie Caulley, DPT, Physical Therapist at Providence Rehabilitation and Senior Health Program.
