Hydrangea Giveaway at Columbia Springs

Columbia Springs is offering a Hydrangea Giveaway from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 9 in the parking lot at 12208 S.E. Evergreen Highway, Vancouver. Drive up and collect a free hydrangea cutting to plant in your yard. The event will be staffed until 1 p.m. but leftover cuttings will be available for pick-up until 4 p.m. Questions?
