ilani Wine and Food Fest

ilani Casino Resort, 1 Cowlitz Way, Ridgefield, will host the Wine and Food Fest from Sept. 16-18. The festival includes wine tasting events, celebrity chef demonstrations and specialty pairings. The Celebrity Chef Dine-Around takes place 7 p.m. Sept. 16 at ilani’s Meeting and Entertainment Center. Guests will enjoy watching celebrity chefs preparing dishes at live cooking stations. Every dish will feature a premium wine pairing. Tickets are $89 per person.

The Grand Tasting will be held in two session on Sept. 17 from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. A third session will be offered from 1 to 5 p.m. Sept. 18. All Grand Tasting events will take place on the ilani rooftop. Guests can sample hundreds of wines and beers and enjoy limited tastings of specialty spirits. Guests will also enjoy celebrity chef demonstrations, signature dishes from local restaurants and insights from wine experts. Tickets to the Saturday sessions are $59 per person, while tickets to the Sunday session are $49 per person. Guests can purchase a Saturday Session 1 and Sunday ticket combo or a Saturday Session 2 and Sunday ticket combo for $88 per person. Designated driver tickets are also available for each session.

The Vintage Elite Cru will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 17 on the ilani rooftop, offering the “best-of-the-best” vintages from the region with the winemakers and principals behind them. Tickets are $79 per person and include a ticket to Saturday’s Session 1 Grand Tasting. Attendees can enjoy a Bourbon and Cigar Experience at the Rose and Thorn at 8 p.m. Sept. 18. The event will offer tasting a variety of fine bourbon, hors d’oeuvres and cigars. Tickets to this event are $49 per person. The Bloody Mary and Bubbles Brunch will be held at Rose and Thorn on Sept. 18 with bloody marys, sparkling mimosas and brunch dishes. Tickets for the brunch are $49 per person. The first brunch will take place from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and the second will run from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
