
KC Cooper will lead an Improv Scene Work for Adults class from 3-5 p.m. Sundays, Oct. 26-Nov. 30 (except Nov. 23) at Magenta Theater, 1108 Main St., Vancouver. Class is limited to 14 students ages 18 and older. The cost is $125. This class series puts the “fun” in improv fundamentals and will dig deeper into the aspects of good scene work, including scene starts, entering and editing scenes, character development, creating environment, heightening and agreement, status and endowment and finding the game in a scene. Students will do scene work and play short-form improv games. Prerequisite: Beginning Improv for Adults or equivalent class at another theater.
