
Thiselle Creek Farm will offer “Introduction to Leatherwork: Stamping” from 4 to 6 p.m. May 1 at 26903 N.E. CC Landon Road, Yacolt. Students ages 18 and older will be introduced to the basics of working with leather and develop essential skills to create beautiful, functional pieces of art. Learn the types of leather and their uses, different tools, stamping techniques, hardware options and leather care. Students will create up to three small projects such as keychains, coaster, bookmarks or ornaments. Additional projects can be purchased.
