Jams and Jellies – “You Can!” Food Preservation Class

Learn about all the different kinds of jellied products including jams and preserves. Discover alternative methods on how to make these products with low or no sugar, different ways to thicken your product, how to fix jams and jellies that didn’t set, why some jams require added lemon juice, the difference between freezer and regular jam, proper storage and more.

This is the first in a series of 8 classes, take just the ones that interest you for $20 each or take them all for $100 and save $60. Sign up on Brown Paper Tickets or you may register by calling 564-397-5733 or come to the WSU Extension Office/Heritage Farm before the class.
