The Composter Recycler Program is hosting a lasagna composting workshop via Zoom about how to build and plant a raised bed garden. No tilling or turning is required and most materials are free. The method works for clay, sand, grass and weeds. Join the workshop online at 7 p.m. Oct. 23.
