Leaf Plate Workshop at Kilnfolk

Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W. Sixth St., Vancouver, will offer a Leaf Plate workshop from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 17. Create a plate or dish with the impression of a leaf or leaves. Bring your own leaves or use what’s provided. Students will be guided by a studio instructor. No prior pottery experience is needed. Kilnfolk staff will fire and glaze your piece with the color of your choice and it will be ready for pick up about a month after the workshop. A custom glazing session is available at an additional cost. The workshop is $55 per person; sign up at kilnfolkclay.com.
